The most essential detail is your event date. During our discovery call, we’ll go over additional specifics like:

How much does the booking cost?

Since every event is uniquely tailored, pricing varies based on your specific needs. To provide an accurate quote, I’ll first need to understand your vision during our discovery call. After that, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with transparent pricing. Once you approve your custom plan, I’ll send your contract and invoice. A 50% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.

While I occasionally accept bookings with just a month's notice, I strongly recommend reaching out 3-6 months in advance for the best experience. Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes. Since much of my creative work - including custom arrangements, pre-event preparations, and specialized recordings - happens well before your event date, I require a 50% retainer at booking. This deposit protects the time and artistry invested in crafting your perfect experience.

The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event. This policy ensures I can dedicate myself fully to bringing your vision to life while providing you with peace of mind that your date is secured.

What if I need to cancel after booking?

Life happens! If your plans change, I'll work with you to find the best solution. Here's how we handle cancellations:

1. Rescheduling Priority – We'll first try to move your event to a new date or adjust venue details if needed.

2. Cancellation Policy – If rescheduling isn’t possible:

   • The 50% retainer is non-refundable, as it covers the preparation work already completed.

   • Full refunds of any remaining balance are available if canceled more than 60 days before your event.
